The papers featured in this volume were selected from the 4th International Conference on Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine. It was held on May 26–27 via a hybrid platform in Sri Lanka. The conference was organized by iConferences with the International Institute on Aging, United Nations, Malta, as the academic partner. Under the theme of "Active and Healthy Ageing," the conference brought together over 50 esteemed researchers from across the globe, representing various countries, including the Netherlands, Australia, India, Macau, Hong Kong, China, and Sri Lanka.
