The papers featured in this volume are selected from the 4th International Conference on Public Health and Well-Being (Public Health 2022), organized through Sri Lanka. Owing to the prevailing pandemic condition, it was held virtually in November 2022. The conference was organized with the collaboration of the Department of Community Health and the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Universiti Putra Malaysia. It was nourished by the knowledge and contributions of more than 70 researchers representing a number of countries like Australia, Canada, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, the USA, the United Kingdom, etc.

 

The conference drew researchers from all over the globe who presented papers on a variety of topics. The papers published in this volume of proceedings emphasize different aspects of global medical knowledge that are of paramount importance. It is expected to establish an interactive platform through this conference to recognize the contribution of public health interventions in safeguarding public health and envision the way forward.
