The conference proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Education, Teaching, and Learning encapsulate the diverse and innovative research presented during TEL 2023, which took place on November 3-4, 2023, in Bangkok, Thailand.

TEL 2023, which was hosted by iConferences in collaboration with the Department of Educational Technology at Kasetsart University in Thailand and the Faculty of Education at Al Madinah International University in Malaysia, provided about thirty researchers from around the globe with an international forum. Under the theme of "Humanizing Education: Learning in the Next Century," the conference formed a wide range of views and thoughts, with attendees coming from various countries such as the United States, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, Lao PDR, the Philippines, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.

These proceedings represent a common dedication to developing education for the benefit of society and are a tribute to the cooperative efforts of researchers worldwide.
